SciBUSP Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

SciBUSP provides geospatial data upload, visualization, and analytical tools to support evidence-based urban planning and SDG 11 use cases.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including data uploaded and analyses executed. Keep your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not upload unlawful content, malware, or data you are not authorized to use. You must not attempt unauthorized access or disrupt system availability.

4. Data Ownership and License

You retain ownership of your uploaded data. By uploading, you confirm you have rights to process the data in SciBUSP and grant the system permission to store and process it for platform functionality.

5. Analytical Output Disclaimer

All maps, indicators, and model outputs are decision-support tools and do not replace official regulatory, legal, or safety determinations.

6. Account Approval and Access Control

New registration requires super admin approval before tool access is enabled. SciBUSP administrators may suspend accounts for policy violations.

7. Service Changes

SciBUSP may update features, policies, and technical implementation over time to improve quality and security.
